Air-gap spinning method is suitable for the production of Acrylic and Aramid fiber which generally has higher tensile strength and elastic modulus than its wet spinning counterpart.
By our own processing method, the uniformity of holes is maintained even when the hole amount increasing. It brings positive effect on high uniformity and quality on yarn.
We provide stable – made in Japan quality, and it cannot be followed by other manufacturers.
The air gap spinning method is a melted for extrusion through the spinneret, it run into the atmosphere and then immediately introduced into the coagulation bath liquid to coagulate the fibers.
